How do I submit a complaint and what documents are required?
Please send us a written complaint with a fully completed warranty form via email to service@scandiesel.de or include it with your return shipment. Each complaint and component requires a complete form. Key information includes your invoice number, item number, detailed error description, and, if available, the serial number and commissioning date.
What deadlines must be observed?
Damages or warranty cases should be reported as soon as possible, but no later than two weeks after they first occur. Please contact us before taking any corrective action.
Do you offer maintenance and repair services for engines from other manufacturers?
Yes, we provide maintenance and repair services for engines from various manufacturers. Each case is evaluated individually to determine if we can perform the work directly. If necessary, we use our nationwide network of service partners to ensure the best possible service. Please contact us with details about your engine, and we will prepare a tailored offer.
